Sorry. I've never been. But, interested in seeing how you do. I understand there are Smallmouth in the lake?

Haven't been out there since winter so I won't be much help, but, I've always done well with small paddle tail swimbaits & natural colored bladed jigs around submerged vegetation, and have caught some nice fish cranking the rocks around the dam as well.
Ultra clear water and it gets significant fishing pressure for being such a small reservoir, but it is a fun little lake & it does hold some big fish. It is a nice place to have a swim as the water is very clean and cool.
Get there early as it will get really busy with kayakers, jon boats, & people bank fishing and swimming at the beach area during the summer months, & bring sun protection as there is no shade anywhere.

There are smallies as well as walleyes. Went Saturday. Me and a buddy caught 18 with the biggest a little over 18”. Not as clear as normal but still very clear. Lake is full and they are letting out water.
