Yessir, the 8X Grand is fairly new. The castability is great, I have become a big fan. I love the grey color.


Same for me. Mark informed me of this. It’s the best I’ve used. I like the gray in 50 lb. It is smooth, quiet and holds a knot well. It’s the must supple braid I’ve used. Very manageable.

There may be better out here but I have never had an issue with Power Pro. I have even taken it too Canada for large Nothern pike and never had 50 pound braid ever snap on me. Thats with drag all the way on.
