Hutchins is good and so is 407, can't go wrong with either.
On my way to Houston last week I stopped in Fairfield @ Cole's BBQ, one of my favorite chopped beef sandwiches there is. It was still really good but I did have sticker shock on the $16 price tag it came with.
That was for a bag of ships and a 20oz drink...... Don't know I can afford that stop in the future.
 sounds like robbery to me,...

Hutchins is by far on the top of the list for me. Brian has the best naner puddin tho.

You guys need to get out more.
Not in any particular order but I'd recommend trying all of these.
407 Hurtado's Goldee's Brix Dayne's Derek Allan's Zavala's 225 BBQ Smoke-a-holics Panther City Cattleack Vaquero's (dont miss the cochinita pibil)
