I'm using the same extension cord to charge my boat batteries that my dad used when I was growing up. It has to be 35 years old. It has no identifiable markings left on it to know the brand or anything else about it. Other than the areas wrapped in electrical tape to cover exposed wiring, It still seems to work well at charging my 4 12v batteries in a fairly timely manner.
It's time (past time) to replace it. Any recommendations for a replacement?
My charger is a MInn Kota 460pc
TIA

Any 12 ga or bigger quality cord from Lowe's / Home Depot / wherever will do the trick.

Get a construction grade 12g or higher 50' or less cord depending on the run to the plug you need.
PS: Good practice is to unplug your boat during storms no matter what cord / surge protector you have in use.
