I will jog for a bit while walking the dog. Making it habit to walk 2 miles a day first thing in the morning... Sometimes I will bust into a jog until I need to stop to vape.

I threw out my hunch muscle just farting this morning.

we have an extensive exercise program at work.

we run our mouths, jump to conclusions, and duck from work.

2014. Went .2 miles and hip locked up. Haven't been able to run since the back surgery. I'm just happy I can walk and don't drag my left leg anymore.

I’m allergic to running, makes me break out in pain

Wish I could run. I did it routinely for years, but now my left hip will really bark at me after walking from the truck into a store and back out. The wife and I do ride bikes around the hood though, that doesn't bother the hip much.

The last time I ran was about two years ago when a horrible thunderstorm began raining lighting down on me at the golf course. After about ten minutes I decided I’d rather die from a lightning strike than a heart attack and just walked the rest of the way back to the car trying to catch my breath and not die. I swore at that moment I’d get back in shape. I think about that moment still, and one day I’m going to do it.

But then again, I have a better phone now and before I golf, I look at the weather map and don’t go if hell will be falling from the sky.

Used to run over 100 miles a week. Then I joined the Air Force and got lazy and fat. Last time running for exercise? Around 1997. Last time I did any running was chasing a wild turkey in my yard last year. Knees took 3 days to recover from that fun.

A couple of weeks ago to break up a dog fight. Thought I was going to die.

I ran a few 5Ks at some local breweries before the rona shut all that stuff down.

I dont run. Too much hell on the knees. I ride my BMX bike all over the place, and I ride it fast. Jumping up onto curbs and over things like and obstacle course. Keeps the exorcise portion of it really fun.

Let's see, I'm old, fat and have a bad knee so I'd have to say the last time I actually ran was a year ago when I opened my Bbq pit and had an ownership dispute with a nest of angry wasps. They won the initial battle but not the war. On the other hand, I did manage to RUN out of bourbon a couple of nights ago
