That's going to be some expensive trailer park property. Too close to McKinney and Frisco, property will be sky high

already $40K/acre in bigger 15-20 acre blocks. I imaging the 1-2 acre lots will be 100-200K

I know a guy who has 400 acres he bought 20 years ago and he will likely end up with 300-350 acres water front acres. So, his land is worth $60 million+?

Can you imagine all these yahoo TFFers pulling up in the parking lot with their power poles up in the air? Prolly have streamers hanging from them for added bling. I hope they get glitter and vanilla dumped all over them in the process.

Yep land over here is high as heck. Got a buddy that sold 90 acres for 30000 an acre. Figure that one up.

Yes, I can hear it now. Honey, I'm going night fishing. I'll be out all night. When I catch that big fish, my pole will be dancing!

300, 350 acres of lake front? Is his land 100 yards deep and follow the lake shore? You can only advertise so much to be lake front lots because what Ronnie is stating is lot size. It’s not rocket surgery I’d assume even you could put it all together.
