We headed out Friday evening to one of our favorite spots. We knew there was rain coming and wanted to take advantage of the dry weather. The water level is very low and it is stained a dark brown from the last rain. We fished for an hour and had a blast! Fish were hitting a variety of jig colors and sizes. The sunfish were down 10-15 ft close to ths bottom and the crappie were suspended. We caught 39 fish and 26 of those were crappie. The smallest 2 crappie were 11in. These are the sunfish that were caught yesterday.












We caught a couple of bass too.
All fish were caught with JIGLYF jigs. Some fish were released back to the water, some were released into hot oil
We treated ourselves with a fresh crappie dinner.

A good variety of some very nice fish. Love the Warmouth. I have only caught one so far this year. Solid post and fish. As always nicely done.

Enjoyed the video and post. Also with some solid fish. Good times on the water!

I always try to be nice and position the boat for her to make the perfect cast to the brush pile. It seems that the "good" side is the rest of the boat other than where im standing. She roams the boat and catches from everywhere Sometimes she does catch more fish than me
