I just discovered there is a button in outlook that will mark all of your unread e-mail as read. I just read over 6,400 e-mail in about 15 seconds. I feel so liberated. Starting Monday, I am 100% caught up on work. Who knew it was this easy?
(I have a bad habit of not closing e-mail until there is resolution and then I never close them). I will do better this time, I swear.
