These flags here in front of the club are always flying, there are ones that stay up on top of Big Hoss, and there are a set that flies out at the ticket office. There might even be more than that. There were US flags out there at the TMS during the covid vaccinating. Mostly at the operation/security trailers. I saw them.

I suspect that most out there, like me, were just focused on getting vaccinated and weren't paying attention to what flags were flying.
He said the son-in-law noticed it during the 15 wait period. Said he was bored, so he read the pamphlet he was handed...told him regardless of which shot he just got (Pfizer...etc.), America stood behind none of it...none of it was approved by the FDA. Also told him if anything went wrong, he alone accepted all risk...no recourse. After browsing the pamphlets he still had 5 minutes or so of a boring wait. While looking around, he couldn’t find one American flag being flown at the site. All of the vaccines that are being used in the US have been approved for emergency use authorization by the FDA. If your son's booklet says otherwise they need to correct that.

Wife and I got both shots at TMS but I did not pay attention to the flags So it's confirmed. You did not see flags.

I am picking Eddie Gossage had American flags out there somplace but picking for most out there not their biggest concern. Eddie is stepping down. I heard that, RIP TMS

He lost a NASCAR date (and COTA picked one up), he has been left with an Indy date that is not sellable after this last horrid showing, and just one other NASCAR date. He has a track surface that he has thrown the kitchen sink at in an attempt to remove the PJ1 track compound, but has come up empty handed. The track just got a repave a few years back and now it needs another one to fix the problem. SMI isn't going to pay for that under the current environment. Eddie gets personally drug, constantly, because of this stuff. I can't imagine how many times you can read "just hang yourself and bulldoze your track" before you just say F it. Anyway, after all the years he has put into this, I'd probably hang it up at this point and let someone else deal with the heat. I'm sure he will appreciate the quiet afternoons sitting out on his boat dock with Melinda enjoying some PB&J sandwiches with a glass of milk.

And, to be fair, he has said since 2011 that NASCAR would not race anywhere else in Texas as long as he was running TMS.
I guess he kept to his word in announcing his mid-season departure right here before the Austin NASCAR race.
