Agree with the inspection.

Get your own guy that you pay directly. Not the dealers inspection. Fox guarding the hen house.

Get a complete report of every functional and non functional part.

Donโ€™t ask me how I know...

Does your wife allow you to relieve yourself in the yard?

RV prices are as out of control as the brick/mortar homes. +10K on average.

If shop is already present out rv carport off to side of it!! Covering is needed and this would be cheaper than building stand along covering.

Something not mentioned was the use of holding tank treatment. I have been using RV's for 20+ years & have tried them all. The best I have found (and been using for 10+ years now) is called Happy Campers Organic Holding Tank Treatment, this stuff is simply the best and odor free, no perfumes or dyes. This stuff is the best!!

Reality. What a concept!

I'd run the toilet to the septic but the gray water I would drain around trees or whatever you want green.

Slides are fun and to have three of them would be ever better, especially if you have company so everyone has their own.

Our kids drove from Austin to Wisconsin to pick up their new trailer because they found they could save $5k from anything local. And the dealer swapped out the China bombs and put on made in USA tires for them.

They stopped along the way to visit us and other family and looked at the savings as a way to pay for their first trip as they get acquainted with it on the way back.

Thanks Tom, just trying to sell at the right time. Then you have to think about buying lumber to build, so we might wait until fall.

I thought about this but someone mentioned flushing your black water with your gray water to keep it from backing up.

Just use lots of water in your black tank. Rinse after dumping.
