Steak,mushrooms and sweet corn on the cob. Great selection of sides(throw in some beans) and a perfect medium rare cook. Outstanding job

Was actually pretty nervous cooking these since it was right at $100 for them but I think they came out pretty good for a city boy yankee. Seasoned them with salt, pepper and VooDoo seasoning. Smoked them at 225 until they hit 120. Then cranked up the grill to 500 and put them on the sear plates for 3 minutes on each side. Looks great tmd, I was guessing at least $75 worth of steaks there.

It does look outstanding!! That meal looks like a 10, but only earns a 9 due to cracked black pepper omission. Please pepper everything up before taking and posting pics.

 This is our usual Sunday dinner. But, I also throw a couple of lobster tails on the smoker as well. We split a steak and we each have a lobster tail. That dinner looks spectacular....
