Any good lodging advise. Boat hookup, ramp, tv basic stuff. Thanks for the help

Emory isn’t to far and probably a lot safer if you’re looking for a hotel.

They built some nice cabins on the point of Gum

Actually several.

Sunset Resort has all you mentioned and right across from the ramp

Duck Cove Marina has a few cabins

429 Marina has some as well

Also think there are some new ones on the east end of the 2 mile

Open Water lodge and cabins. That’s the name of the ones at the mouth of Gum. Very nice!

Open Water Lodge for sure. Micheal and Teri Littlejohn own them. Absolutely and awesome place. Private boat ramp, right on the water, lighted fishing pier, general store, etc. you won’t be disappointed
