$7.35 for pack of Marlboro this morning

At 9.50 a pack x 2 per day, I'm saving $6,935 per year.

I quit recently, 10/10/2020, two months before I got Covid, maybe that helped me push through it. I started smoking when I was 18 in 1988. There was a long period of time where I would smoke on average 2 packs a day, sometimes 3. At 9.50 a pack x 2 per day, I'm saving $6,935 per year.

I quit cigs when the price hit 50 cents. I once skipped a highway gas station and almost ran out of gas when gas first hit $1.50 a gallon. I put that car up for sale and enlisted in the Air Force the next week. 3 out of those 4 were good decisions.

Before I quit I had started smoking American Spirit, they were high dollar!.

Heard on the radio there was an effort underway to ban menthol in cigarettes and cigars. Something about racial equality of health. I predict this won't go over well.

menthol cigs are based in white supremacy.

Already banned in parts of Europe and of course going to be, if not already banned here. But, race is the reason being played here....DOH!

I stopped cigarettes years ago and a month now without a cigar. I think I’m just ready to be done with them.

there are a plethora of flavored cigars. they are going after those.

On a ship then, they were $.10 a pack or $1.10 a carton as long as you were out 12 miles from the US coast. I quit in Aug.of 79'..booze too.
