I like to wire my graphs directly to the battery so i can use them without the power button being on. My question is this. Can i hook up the electric hot wires to the same wire going back to the battery or do i need to run seperate wires for both units. One is on the bow and other is on the stearn. I have a couple places to hook up to when the power touchpad is on.

This is the best way to do it.

If they are big units (Helix 10 +) then 10 ga. wire to the battery with the fuse inline will keep you from coming back saying "my graphs have interference / my graphs keep shutting off" etc. welcome

this is the best wire to use, easy to pull and won't get all tangled up in other stuff, tinned marine wire so no corrosion etc.
