That ain't cool....

I remember living in Abilene in the late 70s and early 80s. Flat, no drainage system, and everything would flood with just a little rain.

I drove home from work one afternoon after about an inch fell in a short time, drove thru an intersection with a slight dip and water rushed over the hood of my company car. It was a Chevy so it just kept on chuggin.

Not good.

We've had less than .10 inch here in the last 12 hours.
