I want so badly for that place (showing Lee Livesay winning) to be real... and it kind of has me thinking it’s real... can anyone explain?

Someone had a link to the real video that it was from.

I think it was a pub somewhere that was watching the World Cup Soccer match. cheers

If you think you could get a bar full of people to care that much about a bass fishing tournament...i got some swampland to sell you in Florida! LOL

In your defense....it was a very well done/edited video and it had me for a second too! Its all done with video editing...just think of it like photoshop for video. Wait till you look into "deep fakes" if you havent yet....those things are nuts and very believable video editing!

It’s a meme that’s been around for a few years now and it never gets old. As someone said above, the pub portion of the video was originally from another country celebrating a World Cup game.

It’s totally fake, but would have been real if people gathered for fishing events like that. Hell, I was happy when Lee caught that pig.

Yes it's right between the 154 public ramp and Oakridge, has a gas station, restaurant and a boat ramp. Use to be my favorite place to go on the lake especially when I was a kid and they always had some giant bass in a fish tank you could go see. I'm guessing Lee use to put in there when he guided since he referenced it on Live.

My favorite place to stay at Fork, the Iconic Minnow Bucket Marina. We were there for the party last fall when Lee made the cut... that was a hell of a time, can only imagine what it was like Sunday night. He has the best sponsors around.. beer and hard country music.

I remember the first time I fished Fork. Nasty day, cold and windy.

We fished the arm above The Minnow Bucket and I threw a jig from 5 to 10 feet all morning long. The guy that was with me threw a worm and spinnerbait. At noon we had caught 2 fish, both around 2 pounds.
We went back to The Minnow Bucket to warm up and get lunch. While there David Vance was there with a couple of people that he was guiding that day. He asked if we had caught anything and told us to fish shallower and up tight to cover. Said he catching a bunch of fish up to 6 pounds.

We left out and went back to the same area we fished earlier on and started catching fish on the jig or worm. At the end of the day we had caught another dozen fish up to 4 pounds. I've seen Vance several other times at Fork and Monticello. Always a classy guy and good fisherman.
