That's how many there are now. 4 million more than there was 10 years ago.
That's about 1100 New residents a day for 10 years.
Texas also picked up two electoral college votes and two congressional seats.

I signed out and moved to the sticks. I’m destined to shop at Walmart and fine dining is a CFS and taters. It is quiet and there are no traffic jams.
