I'm not adept at identifying these species yet. I've been assuming all my catches were just bluegill but another post has me wondering. What says you?

There are six species of the basic sunfish. Bluegill, Redear, Redbreast, Green Sunfish, Warmouth Sunfish, and the Longear Sunfish. You can find descriptions and pictures of all these fish on the Texas Parks & Wildlife Website- Aquatic Species, Freshwater. thumb
