Needed at joe pool

I’m in NEED of volunteer boat captains for CAST For Kids. This is a special needs event where you take a participant (special needs) and their parent out on the lake in your boat and teach / help them fish. Once done we meet back up, have lunch and hand out awards. This is the first annual CAST For Kids event at Joe Pool Lake. Our pavilion is at Lynn Creek and there is a boat ramp there. If you can help that would be amazing. I have 40 special needs participants and so far only 3 boat captains. If you have questions please ask. Otherwise please click the link to sign up. How's the white bass fishing on Joe Pool that time of year. I'd be glad to help out and white bass fishing is my game, but I've never been to that lake. Lewisville is my home water.

I would be willing to help too but have never been there and white bass is my jam as well

Thank to Captain Cook for posting this opportunity, the event was an incredible blessing! I'd never fished Joe Pool, so I went out the day before to pre fish and scout, gol dang it was windy and cold but we sure found the fish and were excited about the possibilities for the next day.




The morning of the event was clear and calm. The young man I was blessed to guide is the most enthusiastic angler to have ever been on my boat, laughing and laughing and squealing with joy as he reeled in fish after fish, and as he hammered down on the throttle! His mom said she'd never seen her son so talkative and excited to learn something new. I love sharing this kind of experience, give purpose and meaning to all of this!

I guess you found out that having Charlie in your videos was detrimental to new client bookings! 😁
