 Gifting a boat process?

My dad is gifting me his pontoon. He has signed the original titles for both the boat and the motor. (no trailer) I have the forms 144 and 143. He lives in Tyler and I'm in Dallas so we won't be able to go to the TPW office together. What do I do next??

call your tax office and ask them what you need to do. I have called the office here in Collin Cty many times with these types of questions and they have always been helpful.
