If not, get widdit! Currently, 22.3% of Americans have been fully vaccinated. By the end of the week, they say that 50% of the population will have had at least one dose. Moving right along toward herd immunity. Do your part, now, or stay in the cellar.

So how long is this covid shot good for? They know the mRNA shots are good for at least 6 months...some studies show it should be good for 1 to 3 years. Having said that, there is evidence the Pfizer shot is not very effective against the S African variant....which means Moderna is probably not very effective either. Moderna is working on a booster for that variant. If we can get control of the variants and keep it from constantly mutating, maybe it'll become like the common cold or flu. Right now both Moderna and Pfizer seem to be effective against the other variants....the S African variant is able to elude the immune response.

I can't remember which one it was, maybe the Moderna one, but I remember one company looking at making a booster that would be combined with the annual Flu shot.

I read they will be taking away the Covids unemployment benefits to all that do not get the shot of "the nectar of life".
