Stay away from el yucateco. Why? It's not hot at all. It's just right...habanero goodness That stuff is pretty good couple hefty dabs 😋 I keep the red and green on hand, been out of the xxxtra hot grade though, it will give the ghost pepper a run for the money. ![[Linked Image]](https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-qqb56hyrha/images/stencil/1280x1280/products/1946/7908/1348__40375.1560580402.jpg) I have that along with the green, red and black. Haven't opened the black yet but the others are great! And hot! Give you the squirts hot but you can't stop eating the stuff because it's so #$$# good!

I’ve never seen the El Yucateco. Where do you get it? Fiesta, walmart, kroger.

I was looking at the salsas at HEB and this woman walks up and asks if I like it hot. Why yes I do! She was older, no hanky panky stuff. Anyway, she points at the El Yucateco...which was by the Tobasco and it's in a small and similar jar. I said that I don't ever buy that because it has too much vinegar in for me. She said not this one.
I looked, no vinegar. I tried it and WOW! Don't know who granny was but she's a hell of a woman with exquisite taste!

I use it in soups and add it to the herdez regular salsa along with a bunch of other things, really like the flavor with just a little burn to it.

OK, its hot. Not so much on the front end, but it builds. The flavor is fantastic! I hit my limit at 5 chips.
