I had gotten a quote on replacing a 30x40 metal building three weeks ago. In that 3 weeks time, the price went up $1000 just from materials.
We're still rebuilding from the winter storm and materials prices are just asinine. I went to get some fluids for my tractor and was talking to the shop manager. He was telling me a lot of his parts are 6-9 months out now, because factories can't get raw materials to even make the parts.
