Recently had a visit with my dentist to get my choppers cleaned. As always I left with sample size toothpaste. However this time it was Colgate optic white.  This morning I tried new sample.  Might be the worst tasting toothpaste of all time. I would imagine this is what Elmers glue taste like!  That is all.

I just switched to Colgate’s Clean Mint toothpaste. Much better.

As long as the toothpaste has fluoride in it, there is no significant difference in efficacy if using proper technique/quality tooth brush. and flossing.
Aim or Ultrabrite most of the time. No brand loyalty

I defer all teeth related information to the honorable Doc Jackson Bean. I think he gives out some kind of Crest toothpaste.

When I was a kid when we run short of tooth paste before payday mom had us brush with baking soda and salt.
Must have worked, I am almost 62 and never had a cavity. I get them choppers cleaned 2 times a year though and have for the last 20.
