A unionized workforce inside of an Amazon warehouse would only accelerate the removal of their jobs through automation.

Union whining that the election was unfair because Amazon exploited the process. I wonder if union man Joe found the irony of that as rich as I did.

Who needs a union? Jobs on every corner.

And they are going to sue if they don't get the results they want. In effect, yes. Union already said they will appeal the election results to the NLRB. Don't like the result to try to get it changed - I thought libtards always respected election results (except for that Pelosi wanting to overrule the congressional race in Iowa, of course).

Amazon must be taking care of their workers, or the results would have been different.

Unions and democrats are bosom buddies. There were several cases of election fraud brought to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court merely said "Ummmm....I don't think we are going to hear those cases". So they chose NOT to hear those cases because well, you know, just because they didn't want to. So now, it would be ironic if those that wanted a Union (democrats) sued Amazon to force them to become a slug union company and the Supreme Court would say, "Yes, we think we will hear THAT case". Because it favors democrats.

Aren't there twice as many sitting SC judges nominated by Republican presidents as Democratic presidents?

Yes, and they've had decades at the top of their field practicing/studying law and the Constitution.

SCOTUS is conservative stacked. Why would they favor Democrats?

Judges tend to be more centric/more logical, reasonable, and practical/less emotional than those that appointed them.
