Just got a three pack in mailbox yesterday. My address, someone else’s name. Thought it was weird and was about to put them back in mailbox for post office to deliver. Anyone else get it this way?
No, mine was in my name. I would send them e-mail and that you want to make sure there is no fraud. Look over everything, is it just address that is yours? Maybe talk to your HR department.

Anyone else get it this way? maybe scammers got a hold of absentee ballot program list That's how they came to us. Since they got your address, I'd open them up and make sure it's not your info inside... I didn't think about next years taxes, it just keeps getting better.

That is incredible, $36B in fraudulent unemployment payments. You can't get them on the phone to tell them they screwed up, that are so busy giving away our tax dollars to thieves..

Boss man in LA just contacted me about this as well. Seems someone is filing under my name and SS#. That makes 2 of us from this small company now.
Thanks for the valuable info in here.

I'm ready to quit teaching high school.
I'm still working on the "perfect scam."
Wish me luck!

Update: I filed my fraud case with TWC a few weeks ago. My employer denied it also. Today I got a check in the mail for unemployment. This is going to be a pain to undo.

Maybe being unemployed and collecting it is not such a bad thing right now. At least the scammers can't file on mine.

Back the same week as the first stimulus check I got a check for $600. I deposited it planning on it catching up and them wanting it back. I've never filed for unemployment in my lifetime.
Last week I get a letter saying they overpaid me $3800 and wanting a repayment schedule.
I've gone go the website and sent in a photo of the letter and left voice mail on their number. As far as I can tell I've followed their instructions. But my iPad told me my PayPal info had been part of a data Breach. I've changed passwords and locked stuff down. Not sure what else to do
