I have a Samsung Note 10+ phone and you can click the stylus to take pictures remotely.

Good tip. Only problem is it's about a 1 MP picture when you screen shot a video versus a 12 MP picture if you take an actual picture. You can see the pic above is well-framed and it's a nice fish, but it is a bit soft if this was a picture you were going to use as a desktop background or print out or anything like that.

iPhone also has a timer feature where you can set the phone up same as Ken is saying, set the timer, and press the button to take the pic, and it will count down on the screen. You can set it for a 3 second or 10 second delay. And it takes a burst of pictures so you can pick between them. My problem with this method is that you can't set it to not take a burst, and the burst pictures are also lower MP than a standard single shot, so I need apple to give me more choices when taking a timer pic...but that's life I guess.

This is what I use. I've bought 4 of them and have one in my boat, one in my hunting backpack, one in the truck, and one somewhere else, I just can't remember. I find my self hunting and fishing alone quite a bit and these are a lifesaver when getting pictures.
