Actually, when you separate the meat from the bone it leaves the rib cage, so you have to go back and take them out.

Biggest thing with fillet knives is make sure you have sharp blades. This makes it easier on the motor, and helps speed the process up

Wal Mart black & Decker cant beat it. Save the box & reciept.mike I have had one for almost 15 years, corded though.
That's why they call it fishing and not catching!
