I have a Winnebago Adventurer 35ft Diesel pusher and a 21ft Triton that I try to take to the local lake several times a year to stay a few days . I drive the Motorhome out there and set it up then Susan picks me up in my truck. I drop her off at home and pick up my boat from storage and drive it to the lake. Does anyone just pull their boat with the motorhome and leave the truck at home? Are there any serious problems at the ramp?

This is what I pull with all the time. I can still load and unload faster than most. But it is not quite the same as the one you have.

Towing with that setup will be fine. Launching your boat with it will be an issue. Solve that and you’re gold. Good luck

My dad had a 35' Pace Arrow. He put a trailer hitch on the front bumper. When he got to the lake he would drop the boat, turn the MH around re-hooked and put his boat in. He had particular lakes he would go to that did not have really steep ramps.

used to have a rig like captn kilroy and the only problem I ever had was on real steep ramps in the summer when they got slippery.

Pulling it is obviously no issue, but I’d be concerned about pulling up the ramp

It could be done depending on ramp and area and how good your skills are.

He had particular lakes he would go to that did not have really steep ramps. This is something I've thought about, the problem may be getting all of this turned around in limited space. The idea of the rear wheels being high and dry sounds good. I also need to get over the shock of not having my truck with me in case of emergency.

I tow my 20 foot Allison behind my 27 foot fifth wheel, similar to pictured above. I welded a hitch in below the frame of the fifth wheel. I am EXACTLY 65 feet, bumper to back of trailer on boat. It's a little long but the few times a year we do it it's fine. I also tow our 20 foot Allison drag boat in a similar fashion behind the fifth wheel to the DSRA races.

Not long ago my brother drove to Louisiana with the following rig..
40' Prevost Tour Bus, 2015 Silverado 3500HD dually hooked to the rear, and a 24' Blazer Bay hooked on the truck. If I can get him to send me pics I'll post em on here haha
