Iām trying to schedule a fishing vacation with my wife, looking at a week of fishing. We have fished all the popular lakes in Texas, looking for something different with good fishing and other things in the area to do would be a plus but the fishing is the most important. We have done Fork, Rayburn, T Bend, Choke, Falcon, Amistad, Lake o the Pines and basically all the small lakes in the Nacogdoches area, just looking for something that might fish good in May and have some different scenery.

For good fishing and different scenery I would check out Lake Murray and Lake of the Arbuckles in that state to our north.

Broken Bow, great fishing and quite a bit to do around the area, beautiful country.
