The cast net guys are getting crazy out there. Boats loaded down with 6-7 people in a 17’ aluminum boats with kids and no life jacket. I really think the game wardens can do something if all else fine them for to many people in a boat and not wearing life jackets. From what I saw yesterday and getting caught in the rain they where lucky to get back without taking on water.

law enforcement generally give tickets to folks that will show up an pay if you ever watch lone star law you will know what i mean the laws unfortunatly mean more to the folks with something to lose if they dont pay the ticket.

Is this just a bump of the prior petition? What did the biologist have to say about the petition when you saw them a few weeks back?
