What's on your all's menu today. I've got a 5 bone rib roast going in the Masterbuilt. At present, GF is keeping the side dishes a mystery or she has decided yet (probably the latter  ).

I’ve got spare ribs on the smoker. My oldest turns 8 today and ribs are what she requested.

Lots and lots of crappie fillets. Only the best for Easter.
I might go perch jerking for a while here in a bit. If I catch what I think I can, I will add those to the pot as well.

We are having homemade enchiladas, rice and beans. I have smoked queso on the smoker now too. Plus, Easter margaritas.
