Fishing continues to be good when the wind lets us fish where we want but that’s part of it this time of year! In the last week I’ve been on Foek, Palestine, and Pines and have fished timber in 10-22’ on all 3 lakes and caught fish. Purple and chart and Shad colored jigs continue to put fish in the boat. Sometimes tipping with minnows and other times not. I don’t focus on the bank this time of year so I’m sure there’s plenty to be had there but keep in mind they don’t all run to the bank cause the waters warm! I have some weekend and weekday availability in May and June and those are my 2 favorite months to fish! If your looking to get into some slabs give me a shout!
