Good luck getting to the cylinder heads! It wasn’t froze up. We tried to pull start it before I bought it until we figured out it was a multi power transmission and won’t pull start. Still not 100% sure how that works. I guess a clutch that uses hydraulic pressure?

Also, I don’t think it even needed a new starter. After we got the new one on, it was doing the same thing. Would spin 1-2 revolutions then stop. My Dad started looking while I turned it over and the fan blade wasn’t moving. It was binding up in the fan shroud. Looked like the top of the radiator had been pushed back into it. So, we loosened up the generator, so the belt could go slack to make sure it would turn over. Worked like a charm. Gotta straighten that out the radiator, then I can let it run, check hydraulics (arms did raise up when it started), check PTO (needs a new seal for sure), check steering, multi power functionality, maybe a muffler 🤔....maybe not. Fuel filters, air filters, oil filters, hydraulic strainer. If it’s all mechanically sound, I’ll start on washing/degreasing and maybe even prepping for paint.
