Happy Anniversary! If you like sweets check out the giant cinnamon roll at twisted sisters bakery. Everything there is good. Don’t mind the tourist trap comment. It definitely is but that has brought great dining to the area and just a great town to have fun in!

Just south of town is a good BBQ joint (haven't been in years so it may be gone) called Cranky Franks. And a bit further south is the Alamo Spring Cafe. Might be the best burgers in Texas.

Congatulations on the 30 years. It's becoming a rare thing. We like Fredericksburg and all the little Hill Country towns. Each has a different feel. Fred is touristy but that's a part of the appeal. Kinda like the Riverwalk is touristy.

We might see you there we're heading over from East Texas for a little getaway ourselves for a couple of nights at the end of the week.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
