Really no hazards at all....gets shallow on the upper end...safe to run from the boat ramp down to the dam...

It is ALVARADO, and it's a very small lake with mostly pleasure boat traffic. I usually try to avoid that place on weekends.

Only hazards I'm aware of were some rusty steel posts along the SW shoreline, I would assume from old docks. They are close to the shoreline.

Like said above the biggest hazard is it gets shallow quick on the upper end. Navionics app is pretty accurate on the lake, but Lakemasters chip doesn't have much info on it. There are some man made brush piles, but other than that plan on fishing cattails and docks mainly. Being small, it gets full of pleasure boats and jet skis on the weekends pretty quick. There is tons of shad all over, so the fish are well fed.

Hope you put them back, it's the only way to get a full bag on that lake
