Is there a good Mexican Restaurant to go eat at? We will be fishing Naconiche & Kurth from March 31 to April 4. While in Lufkin getting our permit for Kurth, Teener & I want to go have a nice dinner? No bbq, burgers or steak, we are having that at camp. Any suggestions for a good Mexican restaurant that has good Enchiladas would be great! Thank yall in advance. Have a great day!

Tia Juanita's Fish Camp on the south side of the south loop. Fish tacos are good. It'd a mixture of Cajun and Tex/Mex.

Don't care for the other place at the corner of US 69 and the loop.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

Use to go to Lufkin once a week when I had a lake house on Rayburn, this place is good and busy ... they are built to handle it though.

Tia Juanita’s. Best seafood/Texmex on Lufkin.

We have a place in Rayburn Country. We used to go to Lufkin quite often. It comes across to me as really nice town. They have one of everything for shopping. They have two or three decent Mex places. One of the places we ate at was in town, older place that was really good.

Thanks, Billy

It was better then, before they moved, than it is now.

It isn't terrible but it isn't the best anymore.

Thank you all for the information. I want to go try all of these now. I guess I will let the Misses pick the place.
