Hope someone can answer this.Was out fishing this morning anchored up and when I started to leave there was no power to the motor or tilt/trim.Is there a main fuse under the cowling?Its a 1988 175 hp Evenrude.Thanks a lot. Al

You should have two fuses. Also check the connection of your main harness under the cowl.

Just checked and found a tiny fuse under th cowl that was blown,its a 20 amp fuse.Going to buy one now,hope thats the problem.Thanks for the replys.

Kill switch would still allow the trim to work.

You really need to find what is blowing the fuse. First place to check is t&t wires around the control. Good Luck
