 anybody know if John Cox is going to fish MLF tomorrow on Rayburn?

if we can believe Basstrakk,looks like he isn't going to make the top 50 cut so theoretically he could drive about 10 hours down to Rayburn tonite and fish MLF tomorrow......if I understand this correctly,MLF splits their anglers into two groups of 40 and the first group is fishing today and tuesday to narrow the field down to 9 anglers....the second group with fish monday and wednesday to determine the top 9 who will advance to the sudden death round on thursday.....make for an interesting story if they allow him to do that.....

I'm surprised he isn't flying into Houston and driving from there. He runs a boat for thr elites and a boat for MLF

they start simultaneously on the water, they don't really have a "take off"

And they do allow trailer if the conditions call for it. It was a different take last year seeing KVD load his boat mid day and run to another part of the lake and they ran live the whole time while driving his truck.
