That's a trophy sandie at 17". Used to catch more of these 2.5 lbers on twok back in the days.

Nice fish!! You can catch these on the regular in the Detroit River from the end of April through the beginning of June.

You're being humble! Align the lower jaw and pinch that tail and that fish is over 17" long. Great fish, congrats!
