Let someone film u asking for your boat and then get mgr. Tell them its for your YouTube channel. Then I would call sheriffs dept, in case they call it a civil matter. Sheriff or constable can handle that if u have title in hand.

I would make sure they never touched my boat again. Even if I had to drive 200 miles to take it someplace else.

Yeah, dealing with them has been one problem after another. The boat mechanic has been really cool and given me a bunch of free advice, but the folks working in the office have a lot of attitude. There seems to be a "screw the customer" tone going on. I've spent a lot of time in their office in the last few months and it's not just me they are jerks to. I've watched them roll their eyes while on the phone and answering questions. The culture there seems to view the customer as the enemy. Whoever is in charge of things is 100% sending the wrong message to his employees.

I can only think of two reasons for all the illogical stuff that just happened to you.
A. There was some shady stuff happening.
B. They are bonafide morons. Or "C". Both of the above

Heck, my Bullet doesn't even have a Coast Guard sticker on the boat... No mention of Compacity or Horsepower either... Dan
