No complaints here. I made a mistake on my last order and ordered 5 spinning rod socks instead of casting rods. I called them and they fixed it over the phone in a couple of mins. It did delay shipping 1 day. I got a free shirt and free shipping as well. Their hats are 5 bucks right now and are pretty sharp. Luv me some TW.

Ya, about the only thing wrong with TW is California. The CA politics suck. However, it's very hard to beat TW's location. Mountains in minutes, beach in minutes, 200+ wineries in the county. SLO is a great place to visit if you get the chance. However, not much to see at the TW office / warehouse.

Nothing about TW has ever impressed me. Shipping has taken forever every time I have placed an order with them. The prices are kind of like Amazon as in they were once the cheapest and got everyone hooked. I prefer to support local these days even if it costs me a couple dollars. Not bashing them but I don’t get why everyone seems to think they are so great. Just my opinion.

I placed an order yesterday and got the overnight shipping - tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow by 10:30AM.
TW has always been great. Prior to the COVID issues and the California lockdown, they were almost perfect. I can't imagine trying to operate a business in that state.

UPS 2 day air is awesome. Like clockwork. I pay the little extra on every order. Exactly. I always do 2 day shipping. I have placed 8 orders this year and all have shipped the day as ordered. 7 of the 8 arrived in 2 days with 1 taking 3 days.

I’ve been buying from Land Big Fish more, sometimes their inventory is spotty; but they have 20% off sales fairly regularly. Some of their prices are quite a bit lower than TW’s too, which I find odd. For rods and reels though, hard to beat TW’s selection.

I try to buy local but nobody ever has anything. TW is my kryptonite. I make a point to hit the shops at fork when I’m there, usually some gems.
