How does the timing of this work out and how does it interact with the morning coffee effect? Can you work out the timing of the release based on the timing of the intake?

I am working on not dying when I am 60 so I continue to look for "healthy" life style changes.

It does not change when you go. Its not like a laxative. It changes HOW you go. Give it a try and see what I mean. 7 days and you will be saying GAME CHANGER and on the road to being a happy fiber fed bruh.

Whatever you do; don’t chug the whole can. Maybe start with just a teaspoonful once a day with your first meal; stay well hydrated with water, and daily exercise.

Yes follow the instructions on the tub. Which do suggest starting off with smaller doses as you get used to increased fiber. And plenty of water. Thank you non Web MD Doctor for the words of advice on how to properly use fiber... recreationally.

I bought some from Walmart. I let ya know how it goes Not sure... I might. I dont trade in single stocks. Not a baller like that. Give it a try for a week. I think you will feel better and like the results. Dr's approve of fiber. Real ones and Web MD ones like me.

I look at it like a shot of medicine. And as pointed out, drink fast or turns to muck. It binds, like it binds all the junk in your digestive system and gets it out.
