Try cutting it with tequila for recreation. Otherwise you're Just using it as a health adjunct unless you consider wiping as a recreation also. Sprinkle a teaspoon on a couple of burritos. That should do it.

regular monkey spanking keeps the prostrate clear..... I have heard that but have not researched it. I think Joe Rogan or Stern was saying their Dr. told them that. Cant recall which it was. But those guys are ballers so I am sure they have top Doctors... must be true. Kind of makes sense.

I am working on not dying when I am 60 so I continue to look for "healthy" life style changes.
Like getting in cardio every day, hitting 12k steps a day, stretching each morning with some light yoga, some weight training, vaping instead of smoking, limiting each day to only 5 alcoholic drinks, only taking prescription drugs as prescribed, limiting red meat, more salmon and veggies, less dairy, etc.
Researched that Metamucil helps lower cholesterol. Better than oat meal does. Which sounded appealing because oatmeal sucks.
Well, I been taking two big heaping scoops every morning for three weeks now. IDK if its lowering cholesterol but I like the side effects. Feel lighter if you know what I mean!?
It does not taste good, I mix it fast and shoot it like a big shot of vodka. The orange flavor is the best but if you do this right you really do not taste it. I highly suggest you try this for your health! You know it comes in pill form? What?! Really!? I have to look into this. That is something not to be overlooked! And gummies!

I have a couple tablespoons with a glass of oj in the mornings, also gnc has a similar product that is all natural
My Dr recommended it when I was probed at 50

I take 2 heaping tablespoons every morning. It was doctor recommended for me. It is some great stuff in my opinion. I feel lighter, not as full, and pooping is much better. The doctor told me that there is no way to actually get the recommended fiber we need daily from food. I had some intestinal issues and this took care of it. Some days I do it in the morning and night time.

It does come in pill form. I've taken them for at least 10 years. I buy the generic Sam's brand Member's Mark "Fiber Capsules". They are promoted as "Compare to Metamucil..." Doctor recommended 6 pills a day.

To me, none of the other brands work as well and the wafers and pills didn't work nearly as well for me. Good old, real sugar orange... like stated, similar to Tang.
I'm telling you people, it's a true game changer.
