 Xi5 won’t anchor?

My boat was in the shop since October for a re-power, New engine runs great but now the Xi5 won’t anchor.
At first there was no blue light on the satellite indicator, we unhook the batteries hook them back up and now we have a blue light.
But it still won’t anchor either by the remote or the graph. When you try to anchor by the graph it says no auto pilot
Checked all the cables they seem to be tight.
Can’t find much on the Internet trying to troubleshoot it
Any suggestions

All the functions on the remote seem to be working except Anchor

had multiple xi5 last 4 years..only 1 problem so far ..the prob your having.
GPS in the head of the motor . Warranty
call Tommy at Lakeside see if he has it in stock.

I think I remember some kind of number sequence to enter on the control in order to reset the GPS on the motor.
I could be wrong.
