We did a 9 week team building seminar back in the 90s for all upper level mgmt. While we all kept our clothes on there was a high degree of weirdness. The quarter after completing it was the worst quarter we ever had lol. We had to have an emergency meeting and throw all those inner feeling we got in touch with out the window and get back to being a holes to right the ship...... They were the rage back then. I bet with Covid they all went belly up.

sounds a little like that NXIVM bunch to me I’m working on opening one like it. A little more doomsday and sex, and my membership base will skew a lot less dude than them...but very similar.

The one we did had a graduation ceremony, they had supposedly had an observer that had picked a song for each person. The other attendees locked arms and you had to lay across them and they swayed you back and forth while your song played...... it was disturbing I think you are having a flashback to your Aggy graduation.
