My wife, kids and myself will not be getting the shot any time soon. We are going to sit on the sidelines for a minute and let this play out a little before we decide if we need to jump in this game.

Ispent 25 years being a human pin cushion when I was active. Probably got 20+ shots a year. I am done with shots unless they make it mandatory to keep teaching.

Im not taking it, no thank you, but respect the ones that do decide to take it.

I will not be getting any vaccine. I heard Mark Zuckerberg talking about that they’re unaware of what it’s doing to your DNA. If you plan on having children, they might be born with all sorts of issues.

It’s good to see several members are on the same page as me. I feel like it’s the point of no return. Once that chit enters your bloodstream, there is no turning back. I commend the people that has done it, you will be a study for me and others.

My wife’s boss (kidney dialysis) relieved the shot while pregnant and misscarried three days after. She’s had some issues since and was informed that she could no longer have children and it was due to the shot. Is that a 100% true assessment? I’m not sure but that’s what the Drs told her. They also told her it does change your DNA and that why we won’t be taking it.

It is certainly not my business to worry about what others do, but I personally am not participating in a giant Problem, Reaction, Solution social experiment.

Really, Mark Zuckerberg? I personally wouldn't believe a thing that comes out of his mouth. YMMV

I’m gonna wait until it goes on for a while. The first thing that pops into my head are those infomercials “if you were among the first 100 million to get the COVID vaccine, you might be entitled to compensation” that will show in 10 years. The “children of thalidomide” tragedy also pops into my head. My parent are both seniors and getting theirs due to their age.

Initially I was on the fence about getting the vaccine. I felt that there were, and still are, lots of folks who need it more than myself. I wasn't gonna push some old lady out of line to get mine. After knowing of several people that got the virus and had a really hard time with it, one friend of ours was on a ventilator, they took her off and now she's back on it and it doesn't look good, and hearing what hoops others have gone through to get the vaccine, I didn't want to rush it. But all along, with my underlying conditions, I knew it would be bad for me if I got the virus. Last week, I got an email from BSW saying I have been identified as one of their patients on the top of the list. Got the email Monday, registered in about 10 minutes, and got the first shot on Thursday.

You probably won't see those infomercials because all the companies that produced the vaccine are protected against lawsuits.
That's one of the reasons I'm in no hurry to get one.
