There is a medicine coming out soon that sounds like a tamiflu for the Covid. If that becomes available, I see no reason to take a shot. I’m not against taking the shot, but I’m not going out of my way to get it.

Shots and mask are a personal decision IMHO. I have risk factors that concern ME, again ME! Get shot #1 tomorrow. Be safe.

I keep hearing about this covid shot over and over and over . What’s in it ? Whiskey , vodka , rum ? It’s gotta be good if it’s so damn popular !

debating if I want to risk it after the bad stuff I got from a pneumovax vaccine (pneumonia vaccine).
company forced us to get the pneumovax and it dam near killed me, 10 days in the hospital with the first 5 in icu on double ivs.
have not had any including the flu since then and neither have I had the flu and dam rare I even get a cold.

I don't see the bang for the buck with these mRNA vaccines either, so for the time being I am out on it.

I am going to hold off a minute and observe things. Same thing for me, going to wait and see the side effects on the J & J one. I go to town as needed to get what we need, the rest of the time is at home, garden, lake or in the woods. Spending lots of time looking for the right medicare supplement right now.

Tell me more on this Hop. VA is pushing that one on me after the COVID shots with a few weeks wait time.

Already had both shots of Moderna. Got my second one the end of January. Akrewdy having had COVID plus the vaccine I hope I am as protected as can be.
Initially I had some indecision on getting it but after a little research I felt more comfortable. I certainly resoect people's right to get it or not. Glad its a personal choice.
