I'm waiting on my new Honda to arrive and am curious about how cars are delivered to the Metroplex area. The dealer told me it's on the railhead but the scheduled delivery date keeps changing. It was originally June 23rd, got moved up to the 13th, and then back to today but, apparently, didn't arrive. (dealer didn't call).

I'm assuming the cars are brought in by rail from the west coast to a delivery point around Dallas. A trucker buddy told he thought it was in the Alliance area north of Ft.Worth but wasn't sure.

Does anyone know how this works? If it is the Alliance area, with all the heavy rain to the north of DFW, is it subject to flooding? Dang sure don't want a new flooded car.

I thought Honda had an assy plant in TN? The majority are moved by rail but like any other transport there could be delays mechanicle or otherwise.

DON'T GET CONFUSED BETWEEN MY PERSONALITY AND MY ATTITUDE. MY PERSONALITY IS WHO I AM...MY ATTITUDE DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE
