Curious on your thoughts

He built in temporary mandates if COVID hospitalizations rise above 15% in a region fir 7 consecutive days. Local judges can reduce businesses to 50% till hospitalizations drop. They cannot add a mask mandate though.

So in school districts I guess they can make their own judgement? I saw HISD said you still have to wear them.

TEA will decide on schools soon. That’s who regulates and controls schools, not the governor.

And some schools are going by what the CDC says. It’s gonna be different district by district.

The added bonus of this decision, in addition to granting freedom to the citizenry, is the big middle finger salute to Resident Beijing biden and his cronies and also to Clay Jerkface.

Another really classy response from BD. I am always surprised at how one can find so many ways to show so much class.

I think a lot of liberal businesses will likely keep it...like HEB, Target and Walmart. I think most restaurants will drop it fast. It was stupid to wear one just to get to your seat, anyway. We'll see.

HEB has already announced they will not require masks.

What I find odd is the extreme people that want masks to be worn for the "safety" of the general public are the same people that have shared their hatred of the general public. We've even seen it on here recently. It's about control, not safety.
